A Variety of Books for the Best Price -- Free!For an almost unlimited variety of books and magazines to read, visit your local library! They have new releases, old favorites, books on tape and on CD’s. They have books for children, teens, and adults. The best thing is everything you borrow from the library is FREE! Where I live, I can go online, request a book from another library and they will send it to my local branch for me to check out. When I’ve finished the book, I return it to my branch and they send back to the branch it came from. Ask if this great service is provided from your library. Libraries also have Story Time for different age groups, book clubs, game nights and movie nights. Be sure to check out your library! Another free way to read different books would be to start a Book Swap with your friends and your children’s friends. Meet once a month, bring the books you have read and are willing to give away or loan and swap with others. Bargains on Books!
There is a used book store near where I live that will give you a store credit for the books you bring in to buy books from their store. Check for one in your neighborhood!
Discount, retail and grocery stores will also have bargains on books from time to time, be sure to look the next time you’re in your favorite store! There's nothing like the smell of a bookstore!Of course for the newest variety of books to read you have to visit bookstores such as Barnes and Noble, where you can go in, browse and buy new books – be sure to check out their sales tables for some bargains! You can also shop online with Barnes and Noble or Amazon.
