Story Elements
The story elements or parts of a story are what make a story worth reading. How likely are you to recommend a book you didn’t enjoy to someone else to read?
Story elements are the setting, characters, points of view and word choice.
The setting of a story explains where and when a story takes place. This short list of books has examples of stories with memorable settings.

When a story is written, the author writes the story from a character’s point of view. The reader experiences the events of the story through that character.
